Mr. Suresh Reddy is the Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Suresh Reddy is one of the key founder of the company and oversees the company Services and Operations.

He has got 23 years of work experience in various Civil and Structural Engineering fields in India and overseas. He has the constructional experience of various Mega Projects in India & Malaysia, Singapore having B.Tech in Civil Engineering and Master of Engineering (Structural Engg).

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT JURONG WEST – Singapor
Egg shaped digester with 30 m diameter at equater and 35 m height.

STACK UP FACTORY AT WOODLANDS – Singapore
5 - 8 storey buildings with 12 m spans. Designed and for a Live load of 12 kpa. Pre-stressed Banded beam system is adopted.  

EUNOS TECHNO LINK – Singapre
5 storey Commercial Complex designed for 5 kpa LL. 

CONDO AT GRANGE ROAD FOR MARCO POLO – Singapore
Environmental Deck is designed for 10 kpa LL along with soil filling load.
PT flat slab and banded Beam slab system is used.

UBI  Tech Park, UBI avenue-1, Singapore
It is a seven-storey industrial park with a maximum live load of 12 Kpa. Pre-stressed band beam system has been proposed as an alternative structural design. The proposal was proven economical and competitive.

Factory at Jalan Besut, Singapore
It is a 4 storey industrial building with design live load of 20 Kpa. Pre-stress beams and slab system is adopted as column spacing is forming rectangular grid spacing. 

21 m and 28 m dia. Water tanks for NUS, Singapore
Pre-stressed on ground circular water tanks with partitions in side. Height of the tank is about 13 m including circular dome. Analysis was done using SAP-2000 and designed manually.

Condominium at Tanjong Rhu, Singapore
The development consists of 10 blocks up to 20 storied apartment units, environmental deck at 1 st storey and basement car park. The project costs about S$ 65,000,000.

Radio Therapy Unit for National University Hospital, Singapore.
This is basically Addition and Alteration work. Consists of 3 storied radiotherapy unit and connecting link ways. Project cost is about S$ 18,000,000.

Proposed construction of hanger and ancillary structures for Ministry of Defense (MinDef), Singapore
This is an accredited checker's work. Our roll is to identify all the key elements in the structure, design independently and compare with PE design. Make sure all the key elements are adequately sized and certify overall stability of the structure is met.

Extension of chillar facilities for M/s MICRON, Singapore
A five storey structural steel building ( 600 T) with heavy live load. Maximum floor to floor height is 7.6 m. Moment connections are designed to achieve lateral stability. The building is abutting existing structure.  Hence adjacent pile caps are located at 1.5 m away from the existing building. Cantilever transfer beams are provided at 1 st storey level to catch adjacent columns of the building. Fabrication drawings were prepared for all the buildings and  personally supervised the construction activity.  

40- storied Service Apartment at KL, Malaysia
The Building consists of  3  basement car parks,  9 podium levels including retail as well as car parks, podium roof top garden at Level 9 and service apartments from level 10 to 40. Shear wall system is adopted in tower area from level 10 to 40. Transfer beams are provided at 10 th level.

7 Storey Commercial complex with 4 basements, 4 storey podium block in Damansara,  KL. Malaysia
The system consists of Cast in-situ concrete columns with corbels and pre-cast panels (Single -T, Double - T and inverted - T framing). Suggested improvements in detailing of dapped TEE bearing assembly, double - T flange connections, cantilevered double -T connections etc.

Tamilnadu Electricity Board. India
Worked as Project civil engineer for 12 x 24 mw DG power plant. It is a 3-storey structural steel building with 40 t EOT crane. All the structural steel chimneys are designed for 250 m height. Structural steel supporting structure is designed for each chimney for 230 m height. Chimney supporting structure is designed for 200 Km/h wind speed. As a project civil engineer, thoroughly involved in project co-ordination with Mechanical and Electrical divisions. Developed fabrication drawings for power plant & chimney supporting structure.

Maruti Udyog Ltd., India
Involved as design specialist engineer in design of large span process buildings for car manufacturing with 5 t EOT cranes, Equipment foundations, Material handling system, etc including fabrication drawings.

Thermal Systems Ltd., India
Involved as project civil engineer in total plant layout, design of manufacturing plant with 2 numbers of 50 T synchronized  EOT cranes, 5 Storey admin block, etc. including fabrication drawings.

Modi Rubbers Ltd. India
Involved as a design specialist engineer for coal handling system. Designed all major structural elements like coal bunkers, conveyor trestle supports, under ground hopper, crusher house, boiler house, etc.

Godavari Fertilisers Ltd, India
Involved as design specialist engineer in design of ancillary facilities like ware- house, DG building, piping supports, Switch yard, etc.

Raichur Thermal Power Station, India
Involved as design specialist engineer for design of 300 m high RC chimney, coal handling system and boiler house.

ITC Oil Seeds Processing Complex at Mantralayam, India
Involved as a design specialist engineer for, Seed Preparation Plant, Solvent Extraction Plant, Oil refinery, Connecting bridges & conveyor supports, Boiler house, De-oiled cake godown, Pipe racks, Developed fabrication drawings for all the process plants & pipe racks. Worked as site engineer and solved many erection problems.

Nuclear Fuel Complex. India
This is mostly additions and alterations project. Most of the existing buildings are structural steel framing with RC composite construction. Fabrication drawings were prepared for all the buildings and  personally supervised the construction activity.  

Nuclear Power Corporation. India
Involved in design of two units ( Unit-3 and Unit-4 ) of 500 Mw Tarapur Automic Power Plant ( TAPP-3&4 ) at Tarapur, India.  The total plant layout consists of two Reactor Buildings, two Turbine Buildings, two Pipe and Cable Bridges, one Service Building, one Control Building and under ground services.

Defense Project at Pune, India
Worked as a project civil engineer for rocket case processing complex for Defence at Pune. All the buildings are blast proof single storey 14 m height RC structures enclosed with 6 to 8 m height RC traverse around. As project civil engineer, thoroughly involved in project co-ordination with Mechanical and Electrical divisions.
